• Refer a friend to Edison Park!
• Have your friend contact the leasing team by calling (832) 295-1085. 
• Your friend must mention your name to the leasing team to receive the referral bonus.
• After your friend moves into their new home, youll receive $500!

Some exclusions apply: A minimum of a 12-month lease must be signed. This does not apply to any Edison Park transfers, a current resident or roommate changes. This program only applies to move-ins prior to November 30, 2023. Other restrictions may apply. See the leasing office for details.
